You can also read this article summarizing the report that was released on May 2, 2023 by the U.S. Surgeon General, titled “Our Epidemic of Loneliness and Isolation.” Much of what is in the report Partners in Hope has witnessed firsthand for years; our goal has always been to create a culture of connection. “There’s really no substitute for in-person interaction,” says Dr. Vivek Murthy.
