Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips recently started as the Ministry Director for Cedar Park/Leander after serving with PIH as a volunteer for several years. He will continue to develop new partnerships with churches, schools, and other community organizations, while also recruiting volunteers and working with families who need PIH services.

Paul’s strengths in collaboration, communication, and team building have served him well in his previous executive position at UPS. Once he retired after 33 years, he realized God wasn’t done with him, and he desired to use his talents with a local nonprofit.

Paul has been married to his wife, Felecia (who also volunteers with PIH), for over 30 years and they have two sons, Jackson and Cole. He enjoys the outdoors, the ocean, puzzles and trivia, and of course, football!
