Felecia Phillips

Felecia was born in California and received her degree in Medical Sociology from CSU Long Beach. She has been married to her husband Paul for over 30 years and has raised two wonderful men, Jackson and Cole. She was brought to Texas through her husband’s relocation from the Bay Area eight years ago, and enjoys all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. She resides in Leander and attends Hill Country Bible Church – Leander. She consistently serves with other local ministries in her spare time. She enjoys gardening, quilting, traveling, and great Mexican food. Felecia joined the Board in 2025, and she and her husband find great joy in serving with PIH, using Romans 15:13 as their guide: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
